Corrections Policy
Brifengen News aims to correct material factual errors promptly and transparently. Readers can report a possible error by emailing [email protected] with the article URL, the statement in question and, where possible, supporting documentation.
When a material factual error is confirmed, we correct the article and add an explanatory correction or update note when that context would help readers understand what changed. Minor spelling, grammar, formatting or style changes that do not alter meaning may be corrected without a separate notice.
A correction does not mean that a source or subject is entitled to remove accurate reporting merely because it is unfavorable. Requests are assessed according to accuracy, fairness, public interest and applicable legal obligations.
Significant developing stories may be updated as new verified information becomes available. The distinction between a correction and an ordinary update depends on whether earlier published information was materially wrong.
